Quick answer
Every accepted UAE trademark is published in the Ministry of Economy and Tourism’s Trademark Bulletin (the gazette). Publication starts a 30-day window in which anyone with an interest can oppose. TrademarksHub reads every bulletin and makes the marks searchable for free.

What the gazette publishes
Applications the Ministry has accepted, international (Madrid) registrations that cover the UAE, and later notices such as registrations and renewals. Each entry shows the mark, its number, classes and the goods or services.
Why brand owners read it
Nobody tells you when a similar mark is filed. If it is not opposed within 30 days of publication, it can go on to registration. The TrademarksHub trademark watch checks every bulletin against your marks and emails you in time.
