How can we help?
Answers for brand owners and trademark firms — everything TrademarksHub does, in one place.
Popular:
Getting started
Does TrademarksHub cost anything?
No. Searching, posting service requests, chatting with firms, saving alerts and reviewing firms are all free for brand owners. Rankings aren’t for sale either: firms are ordered by verification, profile completeness and brand owner feedback.
Do I need an account to search?
No — you can browse every firm, jurisdiction and service without an account. You need a free account to post a service request, chat, save posts or get alerts. On your phone, Log in / Register opens as a sheet from the bottom. Create a free account →
How do I find the right firm?
Search the firm directory by service and jurisdiction — for example a national application, a Madrid international application, an EU trademark (EUIPO) or an opposition. Each firm page shows its attorneys, services and reviews. Not sure where to start? Post a service request and matching firms come to you. Search firms →
Which jurisdictions does TrademarksHub cover?
Countries and regional offices worldwide — 157 jurisdictions, including EUIPO, Benelux (BOIP), OAPI and ARIPO — grouped into Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Members of the WIPO Madrid System are marked. See jurisdictions →
Is TrademarksHub a law firm?
No. TrademarksHub is a directory and network. We don’t give legal advice and we aren’t part of your engagement — the advice, the fees and the agreement are between you and the firm you choose.
Trust & verification
How do I know a firm is real?
Firms in the directory come from WIPO’s Madrid register (ROMARIN), where they act as representatives for trademark owners. A Verified badge means the firm claimed its profile — with a code sent to an email on the firm’s own website domain, or after a review by the TrademarksHub team.
What does “Verified engagement” mean on a review?
It means the reviewer really worked with the firm — through a request on TrademarksHub, an invoice or engagement letter that only our team sees, or a check of the WIPO record of the reviewer’s mark. Holder details and documents are never shown.
What do “Helpful” marks mean?
“Helpful” marks are given by brand owners to attorney replies that actually helped them; the count shows on the attorney’s profile.
Can I report a post or a firm?
Yes. Use the ⋯ menu on any post to report it, or contact us about a firm. Reports go to the TrademarksHub team, who review and remove what breaks the rules.
Service requests
What is a service request?
A short form: choose the service, one or more jurisdictions and the Nice classes (or “help me choose”), and add the mark name, a budget and a deadline if you like. It goes only to firms that cover that service and those jurisdictions, and they reply with how they would help and what it costs. Post a request →
I don’t know my Nice classes — can I still post?
Yes. Choose “help me choose” and describe your goods or services; firms can suggest the classes in their reply.
Who sees my request?
Your request appears as “Private brand owner” with your country’s flag — your name, photo and phone number are never shown. Matching firms are emailed, and only firms that cover the requested countries can reply. Replies are private to you, and you choose which firm to chat with.
What happens after I post?
Matching firms are notified and reply in the thread under your request. Compare replies, profiles and reviews side by side, mark the helpful ones, then chat with the firms you like.
Can I close or edit my request?
Yes — open the request from your profile menu to close it once you’ve found what you need, or post a new one if your needs change.
Questions & answers
How do Questions work?
Ask anything about trademarks — searches, classes, oppositions, renewals, the Madrid System — from the Questions page or the feed. Attorneys and firms answer, everyone votes, and you choose the best answer. Answers are general information, not legal advice for your situation. See questions →
Who answers my question?
Trademark firms on TrademarksHub. If you choose a service or jurisdiction, the firms that cover it are emailed straight away.
What do the up and down arrows mean?
They are votes. Tap up if an answer is useful, down if it isn’t — the most useful answers rise to the top. You can change or undo your vote.
How do I choose the best answer?
Open your question and tap “Mark as best answer” under the one that helped you most. It moves to the top with a green tick, and the attorney is notified.
Can I ask anonymously?
Yes — tick “Ask anonymously” and your name isn’t shown. Otherwise only your first name appears.
Chat & privacy
Can I chat without giving my number?
Yes. TrademarksHub’s built-in chat works without a phone number. Share it only if you want the firm to call you back.
Can I control who messages me?
Yes — in Chat privacy you choose who can start a conversation with you, and you can block anyone with one tap. Chat privacy settings →
Alerts & saving
What are alerts?
Save the services and jurisdictions you care about and we notify you by email and in the app when a new firm joins for them. My alerts →
Can I save firms, attorneys and posts?
Yes. Tap the bookmark on a post, or Save on a firm or attorney page; everything is under Saved in your menu. Saved →
Account
How do I change my details or password?
Open Settings from your menu to update your name, email, phone, photo and password, and to manage notifications. Settings →
How do I delete my account?
Contact us from the Contact page and we’ll delete your account and its data. Your posts, comments and requests are removed with it. Contact us →

Getting started
Who can join TrademarksHub?
Brand owners, and trademark / IP firms. Firms sign up with their firm email on their own website domain (for example [email protected]) — personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook aren’t accepted. Attorneys don’t have separate accounts: your firm lists them and manages their profiles. Register your firm →
Is my firm already listed?
Probably, if your firm acts as a representative in WIPO’s Madrid register (ROMARIN) — that’s where the directory comes from. Search for yours and claim it; if it’s not there, you can list it. Claim or list my firm →
How is a firm verified?
Claim your profile with a code sent to an email on your firm’s own website domain — that’s instant. With another company email, the TrademarksHub team reviews your claim. Verified firms get a badge, shown on the firm page.
What does it cost?
Listing your firm is free, and so are the dashboard, chats, overseas quotes and reviews.
We got an email invitation from TrademarksHub — what is it?
When a request matches a firm that hasn’t claimed its profile, we may email the firm to invite it to claim the profile and reply. Every invitation has a link to stop further emails.
Dashboard & team
What can I do in the dashboard?
Manage your profile, services, jurisdictions, highlights and office details; list and manage your attorneys; answer brand owner chats in a shared inbox; request and answer overseas quotes; reply to reviews. Firm dashboard →
How do I add my attorneys?
Add them under Attorneys in the dashboard, with their services, jurisdictions and languages. They appear on your firm page with their own profile, and chats with any of them arrive in your firm inbox.
How do service requests reach us?
When a brand owner posts a request for a service and jurisdictions your firm covers (directly or through your attorneys), every login on your firm account gets an email, at most one an hour. Reply in the request thread, then chat. No pay-per-lead. Open requests →
How does the shared chat inbox work?
Brand owner chats with your firm arrive in one inbox that your team handles from the dashboard, with typing indicators and unread counts.
Content
Can my firm post in the feed?
Yes — post updates and news as the firm.
Can my firm publish articles?
Yes. Open My articles from the phone menu or the feed, pick an idea built from your services and jurisdictions, and submit — reviewed by TrademarksHub, published under your firm’s name with a link to your page. My articles →
Can brand owners find my firm page in search engines?
Your firm page is public and can be indexed, with your team, services, reviews and office details. Complete profiles do best.
Can my firm answer questions?
Yes. Your firm answers under its own name and logo — one answer per question, with a Chat button that opens your firm inbox. Questions for your services or jurisdictions are emailed to you.
Can my firm run polls?
Yes — from My polls. Polls can target all firms, firms covering chosen jurisdictions, a service, a language, or only your own team.
