1What TrademarksHub is
TrademarksHub is a directory and network platform. We list IP and trademark firms and let brand owners find them, post service requests, compare packages and contact them. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice and we are not a party to any engagement; any advice, fees and agreement about your trademark are between you and the firm. Answers, articles and posts on TrademarksHub are general information, not legal advice for your situation.
2Accounts
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details, including a real name and a working mobile number or email.
- Accounts are for brand owners and for trademark and IP firms. A firm registers or claims only its own profile, with an email on the firm’s own website domain (personal email services are not accepted), verified by a code and, where needed, a review by our team. Attorneys do not have separate accounts: their firm lists them and is responsible for their profiles. Claiming a profile you are not entitled to leads to immediate removal.
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal. A brand owner account may be used only by its owner, and a firm account only by that firm’s own staff. Giving your login to anyone else is not allowed. We monitor logins to protect brand owners: we may ask for an email code, sign an account out, suspend it or remove it if it appears to be shared.
- Attorneys and firms must complete their profile (services and jurisdictions) before publishing articles or packages.
3Eligibility, coverage and participation
TrademarksHub is a privately owned and operated platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government, state or public authority, and its policies do not represent the position of any government.
- As a private service, we decide, at our discretion and in line with applicable law, who may register or keep an account, which account types we offer, and which countries, territories, jurisdictions and trademark offices the platform covers, lists or serves. We may add, limit or withdraw coverage of any country, territory or jurisdiction at any time, and the platform does not necessarily list, serve or operate in every country or territory.
- We are not obliged to accept any registration, listing, claim, request or content, and we may decline, limit or close access where it does not meet our eligibility criteria or these terms, or where our legal obligations require it.
- Using TrademarksHub is entirely voluntary. If you do not agree with these policies, you are free not to use the platform and to choose other services that better suit your preferences, values or interests.
- We apply these policies in accordance with the laws that apply to us. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and where a mandatory law that applies to us requires a different approach, we will follow that law. You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own use of the platform.
4Posting rules
- Only trademark firms may post updates, packages and articles. Brand owners may post service requests, questions, comments and reviews.
- Posts must be accurate. Misleading, duplicate or spam posts are removed; repeat offenders are suspended.
- No harassment, discrimination, hate, spam, or marketing to brand owners who did not contact you.
- Posts can be reported; our team reviews reports and may remove content that breaks these terms.
5Articles
- Articles are published under your name only after review by the TrademarksHub team; we may send them back with a note or decline them.
- Articles must be accurate, original to you (you may use writing tools, but you are responsible for the content), and must not promise outcomes or give guarantees.
- Outside links in articles are marked “nofollow”.
6Packages
- Packages must be real, available on the terms stated, and for services and jurisdictions you cover. Show the firm fee and the official fees separately, the classes included, the extra-class fee, the turnaround and what’s included, and keep them accurate.
- Official fees are set by the trademark offices and can change; firms are responsible for keeping them up to date.
- Packages run for up to 90 days. The number of live packages you can have at one time is limited — see “Fair use” below.
- Out-of-date, misleading or unavailable packages are removed.
7Service requests and replies
- Brand owners post requests privately: they appear as “Private brand owner” with the owner’s country, without name, photo or contact details. Only firms that cover a requested jurisdiction may reply, and only with relevant help they can provide. Firms may not try to identify or contact a brand owner outside the platform; the brand owner decides whom to chat with.
- “Helpful” marks come only from the brand owner who posted the request and may not be requested in exchange for anything.
8Questions and answers
- Brand owners may ask questions about trademarks and other IP; only trademark firms may answer, one answer each (you can edit it).
- Answers must be accurate, relevant and your own, and are general information, not legal advice for the asker’s situation. Don’t use answers to advertise unrelated services or to collect brand owners’ contact details.
- Every signed-in member may vote an answer up or down once; you can’t vote on your own answer. Only the person who asked chooses the best answer.
- Questions and answers are public and can appear in search engines. You may ask anonymously — your name is then not shown.
- Questions and answers can be reported; items with several reports are hidden until our team reviews them.
9Polls
- Firms may run polls and choose who can vote, who can see the poll and when results show.
- Votes are anonymous: nobody — including the author — sees who voted for what. Results by region or jurisdiction are shown only for groups large enough that no single vote can be identified.
- Polls must not be misleading, collect personal data or be used to promote a package.
10Fair use
To keep TrademarksHub useful and free of spam, we set limits on how often members can post, comment, reply, ask questions, start chats, run polls and publish packages or articles, and on how many packages or articles can be live or waiting at once. Limits can differ for brand owners and firms; if you reach one, the site tells you when it resets. We may lower or raise limits for individual accounts.
11Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with that firm. Fake, paid, incentivised, retaliatory or off-topic reviews are removed, and firms may not offer anything in return for a review. A review shows the “Verified engagement” badge when it is backed by a consultation or request on TrademarksHub, an invoice or engagement letter, or a check of the WIPO record of the reviewer’s mark. Documents you give us are seen only by our team, and holder details are never shown. See how trust works.
12Your content
You keep ownership of what you publish. You give TrademarksHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example resize photos) and promote it on the platform and in search results, for as long as it is published. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including photos.
13Our responsibility
We build the firm directory from public WIPO register data and verify firms that claim their profiles, but we cannot guarantee any firm’s or attorney’s conduct, availability, fees, advice or results, or the accuracy of what users publish. The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TrademarksHub is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users or from content published by users.
14Suspension and termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
15Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown at the top and significant changes are announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by [Governing law — to be confirmed], and [Courts / dispute forum — to be confirmed] have jurisdiction. Operator: [Company name and address — to be confirmed].
