Firms from WIPO’s Madrid register of representatives, verified by an email on their own website domain or by our team. Reviews are checked by a person.
Requests show as “Private brand owner”. Chat without sharing your number. HTTPS everywhere; firm payments by Stripe.
How trust works
Firms and attorneys earn trust in different ways — reviews and Helpful marks come only from brand owners.
Firms come from public WIPO Madrid register data. A firm is verified when it claims its profile with an email on its own website domain, or after a review by our team. Attorneys join their firm by invitation or with an email on the firm’s verified domain.
Only the brand owner who posted a request can mark a reply Helpful. The count shows on the attorney’s profile and can’t be bought or given by colleagues.
Written by brand owners about their own experience with a firm, with a star rating, a title and what happened. The “Verified engagement” badge shows when the reviewer worked with the firm: a request on TrademarksHub, an invoice or engagement letter that only our team sees, or a check of the WIPO record of their mark. Holder details and documents are never shown. The firm can reply once, publicly.
Before a review appears
- A person checks it, usually within two working days
- We contact the reviewer if something is unclear
- The firm’s rating counts published reviews only
What we remove
- Reviews by the firm, its staff or competitors
- Personal data, threats, or claims we can’t stand behind
- Reviews about a different attorney or firm
- Paid, discounted or “review us for a gift” reviews
Questions
What is TrademarksHub?
TrademarksHub is a worldwide trademark marketplace that privately matches brand owners with verified trademark attorneys and IP firms in the countries they need. Requests are private, only firms covering the requested countries can reply, and firms are verified by an email on their own website domain or by a team review. TrademarksHub is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; you instruct the firm you choose directly.
How does the matching work?
You choose the service, the countries and the classes. Your request is sent only to firms whose listed services and countries fit, and only firms that cover at least one of your countries can reply. There is no pay-per-lead and no bidding on your request.
How are trademark firms verified?
Firms come from WIPO’s Madrid register of trademark representatives. A firm is verified when it signs up or claims its profile with an email on its own website domain (for example [email protected] for yourfirm.com), confirmed with a one-time code, or after a review by our team. Personal email addresses such as Gmail are not accepted for firms.
Is my request private?
Yes. Your request is shown as “Private brand owner” — your name, email and phone number are not shown to firms. You chat inside TrademarksHub and share contact details only if you choose to.
Is TrademarksHub free for brand owners?
Yes. Posting requests, comparing replies, and chatting with firms are free for brand owners.
How is my data protected?
The site runs only over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, new-country logins to firm accounts need an emailed code, and card payments by firms are handled by Stripe — card details never reach our servers.
