Nine layers, one goal: your case stays yours
Every page, message and file travels over HTTPS through Cloudflare — TLS 1.2 and 1.3 only, with HSTS. Our public SSL Labs grade is A+.
Case messages and their file lists are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key is kept outside the database, so a copy of the database alone is unreadable.
Documents live in a private, encrypted storage bucket — never on a public link. Files are streamed to you only after we check you may see them.
Emails only tell you there is a new secure message. The message and its files stay on TrademarksHub — never in Gmail or Outlook.
Firms see the work, the mark, the classes and the country — never your name, email, phone or company. Only the firm you choose sees who you are.
Each firm’s fee and timing are seen only by the client. No firm sees another firm’s offer.
Every firm is checked against its UAE trademark agent registration before it can send an offer.
Sign in with your password. A new device, browser, network or country also needs a 6-digit code by email, and you get a “New login” alert with “This wasn’t me”.
See your trusted devices, remove one, or sign out everywhere from Sign-in & security. Passwords are never sent by email.
What firms see — and what they never see
Firms need the work to price it. They never need your identity to do that — so they don't get it until you pick one of them.
Security, plainly
Is it end-to-end encrypted?
No — and we say so plainly. Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, but TrademarksHub support can open a case to help you (for example with a missed deadline or a dispute with a firm). Only you, the firm you chose and our support team can read it.
Who can see my request?
Before you choose: verified UAE firms see the work, the mark, the classes, the country and any deadline — never your contact details. Emails, phone numbers and links you type in your notes are hidden from them automatically. After you choose: that one firm sees who you are.
Can other firms see my offer? (for firms)
No. Offers are sealed: only the client sees your fee, official fees, timing and message.
Where are my documents stored?
In a private, encrypted cloud storage bucket. They open in your browser only after we check you are the client, the chosen firm or our support team.
What if someone gets my password?
A new device or network still needs the 6-digit code sent to your email, and you get a “New login” email with a “This wasn’t me” button that signs out every device.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never contact a foreign firm’s clients, never show owners on public pages, and never sell data. See our Privacy policy for the details.
