Who can join?
UAE-based trademark firms and agents registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism. We check the agent registration number and the firm before you can send offers.
How much does it cost?
Joining is free and there is no subscription or commission. Each offer costs a few credits — fewer for a brand owner's request, a little more for a foreign IP firm's, because those firms tend to send more work.
Do I get my credits back if I'm not chosen?
No — credits pay for sending the offer, like a bid. Clients compare offers with an AI pick that weighs fit, scope, deadline and experience, so a specific, well-explained offer has a real chance even when it is not the cheapest.
What is the AI pick?
When a request has two or more offers, the client can ask our AI to compare them against the request. It looks at what each offer covers, the deadline, the total cost and the firm's UAE filing record — never at badges or the order of offers — and explains its suggestion. The client always decides.
When do I see who the client is?
As soon as they choose your offer. Until then you see the work, the mark, the classes, the country and the deadline — contact details are hidden from all firms.
Who sets the fee?
You do. Your offer shows your professional fee in AED and the official fees separately. TrademarksHub takes no share of it.
