Who can register?
IP firms and trademark attorneys based outside the UAE, with a work email on the firm’s own domain. UAE firms cannot register on the partner desk. We review every new firm.
We already have a UAE associate. Why register?
Registering costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Firms use the desk as a second UAE desk — for urgent deadlines, conflicts of interest, a second opinion, or to compare fees.
Who does the work?
A registered UAE trademark agent working with TrademarksHub. You receive the reply, the documents list and the reporting directly.
Are the fees fixed?
Professional fees are shown in USD inside the desk. Where a service shows “fixed quote”, you get a fixed fee within one working day before anything is done. Official Ministry fees are always extra.
How are we invoiced?
Each matter you instruct is invoiced to your firm. Registering is free.
Do you contact our clients?
No. You instruct, we report to you. Your clients stay your clients.
