Search existing marks, including national registrations and international registrations designating Ukraine. 2. Applicants residing or based outside Ukraine appoint a registered Ukrainian IP representative (patent attorney). 3. File the application in Ukrainian with UANIPIO, listing goods and services by Nice class, in line with the filing rules in force since 18 September 2024, and pay the filing fee per class. 4. UANIPIO examines the application and the applicant answers any office actions. 5. After a decision to register, pay the fee for publication of the grant; the certificate is issued and the registration is published. 6.
