## Steps
1. Search the DPPI register of industrial property objects for earlier marks.
2. File the application with DPPI, online via the e-Albania portal or on Form FM1, with a representation of the mark, the list of goods and services by Nice class, and proof of payment of the filing fee.
3. If filing through a representative, include the authorisation of representation.
4. DPPI examines the application for formalities and absolute grounds for refusal; relative grounds are raised only through opposition.
5. The application is published in the DPPI Bulletin, and third parties may file oppositions or observations within three months of publication.
6. If there is no successful opposition, the mark is registered after payment of the registration fee.
